SHIH-TZUS FOREVER CONTRACT (PET PUPPIES)
This puppy is guaranteed for 2 yrs against life threatening congenital defects, which is a problem that will not allow the puppy to grow or age to a normal life
expectancy. It is a major body part problem such as heart, lungs, liver etc, this does not include luxating patella, bite issues, or conformation issues. I also give a 7
day guarantee against fatal viruses. Everything has to be verified in writing from your veterinarian on his letter head with a date. We do not cover coccidia, kennel
cough, hypoglycemia, hernias or anything that can be treated with medication or surgery. I do not cover accidental death of the puppy. The puppy needs to be
taken to your vet within 72 hrs of receiving this puppy for a wellness check up and the results need to be faxed to me at 817 489 3995 and dated 72 hrs from the
date of acquisition of the puppy. If we do not receive this information this contract will be null and void. I will not guarantee this animal if any vaccinations, or worming
medications are administered to the puppy within the 72 hr wellness check up. You can also scan the information from the health and wellness exam.
If a life threatening congenital defect occurs within the 2 yr period the breeder will replace the puppy with a puppy of equal quality and value as soon as one
becomes available. The same thing will occur if the puppy has a fatal virus within the 7 day period of guarantee. The buyer must pay for the shipping of the
replacement puppy to them. Puppies can not be returned for replacement unless such replacement falls under one of our two specific health guarantees. I will
refund the puppy only if the quality was not as promised within 72hrs. I do not exchange puppies nor do I offer a refund for the puppies return for any other reason.
We believe the purchase of a puppy is a serious commitment on the part of the buyer. If a buyer insists on returning a puppy I will not issue a refund of the purchase
price. I am not responsible for any expense incurred when the puppy is in possession of the buyer which includes any veterinary expense. I will not be responsible
for temperament issues, as they can be attributed to lack of training, discipline, and proper dog socialization.
I can not guarantee the future weight of the puppy or its adult weight and size and I will not be held responsible if the puppy exceeds the adult projected size as an
adult. This is an educated guess from the breeder going by the size of the parents and the weight of the puppy.
This agreement will be exclusively governed by the laws of the State of Texas. By executing this document the buyer expressly waives their right to file a charge
back against the breeder or any other form of return of the charge amount if paid by credit card or PayPal.
